You know how the best conversations are those that happen when you've kicked off your shoes, poured a nice cup of tea, and wrapped yourself up in a soft blanket on the couch? That's what I think therapy should feel like.
One of the benefits of telehealth counseling is that it lets us do just that. You CAN curl up on the couch, shoes off and blanket on, and still access the support, resources, and tools you need to help you cope with the big forces that influence our lives.
I've built my career talking about the things that we've been told should not be discussed in "polite" company- Sex, Politics, and Religion- and I've found that many of these conversations are easier when you feel comfortable. Safe.
During our sessions, we will explore the topics that have kept you up at night, or caused conflict within your relationships. You set the pace for these conversations and I follow your lead while offering real-world, practical, strategies to meet the challenges you bring to each conversation.
